To manage the return you must contact us through shop@evenhomeware.com . The good condition of the product will be an essential requirement to accept a return. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, without apparent signs of use and always presenting the invoice.

Return period : 20 days from the invoice date.

Types of returns

Returns within the Iberian Peninsula

You can deliver (free of charge) to any Nacex transport office the purchase package in the same state that you received it, keeping the packaging conditions and with the purchase invoice. You will have to notify us 24 hours before this process, indicating the invoice number.

We can also schedule a pick-up at your facilities. In this case, the transport costs will be at your expense.

The amount of the returned item (s) will be returned through the same payment method used in the purchase within 7 days, once they have been received at our facilities.

International Returns, Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In this case, the cost of the return costs to our facilities will be borne by you and you can use the shipping method of your choice, as long as the return deadlines are met, the packaging conditions are preserved and it can be done tracking the shipment.

The amount of the returned item (s) will be returned through the same payment method used in the purchase within 7 days, once they have been received at our facilities.

Defective products / Damage in transport

You just have to contact us and include a photo of the status of the product and another of the packaging. Then, it’s up to you to tell us if you want your money back or for us to replace the product (s).
